Seeing as I mentioned it on @MVDeconstructed's page last week, I though I'd post this - one of my favourite music videos. Chris Cunningham builds such an odd and interesting concept around the tune that you barely notice it's three full minutes before the actual music even starts. More of a short film than a music promo, to the extent that you begin to doubt which came first - the sounds or the visuals. Plus, it's funny. Wonderful.
