I did. I still do. I could elaborate, but this song does so for me. It would be more difficult for me to make a list of Sting songs I don't like than a list of ones I do. When I started posting here to This Is My Jam, I made some silly rules for myself. One of them is I try to only jam one song per artist or band. There are many artists I have put off adding here cuz once I do, that silly rule would mean that's it. That artist is now off limits. If I find online a video of that version of Roxanne that Sting did for the All This Time album, I won't be able to jam to it here without breaking my silly rules. Then again, what are rules for if not to be broken? I think if I ever love someone ever again, I'm gonna break the silly rule Sting turned into this fun but corny jingle. Cuz I did. And I still do. Maybe that's why Sting made this song the way he did, cuz he knows if you love somebody and you set them free, you're an absurd idiot. Don't let go. That's what hugs are for. Hold on.
