This is rattling round my head at the moment as I'm reading Jonathan Gould's excellent book of the same title.
First "rock" song for me
Written by McCartney and released in "A Hard Day´s Night" it is one of the songs that EVERYONE in the world has heard and certainly a trademark for a season, a mood and a time long gone.
Its happy, catchy, fun: perfect makings of an instant POP Classic.
We here at Beatlemaniacs want to jam from every album and style the FAB went through, and this inherently screams BEATLEMANIA!!!!
