For our second jam we chose one of our favorite jams from the Album "Rubber Soul". Norwegian Wood was a landmark recording for The Beatles, being one of the first Western pop songs to feature the sitar, an Indian instrument. The song was about an extra-marital relationship Lennon was having at the time, he calls it his song but it is credited to Lennon - McCartney. We agree with critics that say it is one of the most original pop songs recorded. Also, we would like to nominate the first line of the song "I once had a girl Or should I say she once had me" for best first line in a song EVER. Enjoy! ;)
