Super 80s minor classic.
Another dark-hearted gem for #gothweek
New Jersey's Feelies have been around since the late '70s but only gotten around to releasing five albums, their most recent being 2011's Here Before, which I found underwhelming. My favorite Feelies material comes from the two records they released on A&M between '88 and '91. Away comes from the earlier of the two, Only Life. I foolishly traded my copy years and years ago; in the meantime, it's become quite hard to find in good condition. I finally tracked one down and have enjoyed hearing my favorite Feelies song again on the stereo.
