The summer of '78 seemed magical, and this is one of those songs that for me brings it all flooding back. Like two other songs from The Cars' eponymous debut album ("You're All I've Got Tonight" and "Moving in Stereo"), "Bye Bye Love" was never released as a single, yet continues receiving airplay on classic rock stations to this day.
