Released in 1954, this was the biggest hit for this often a cappella and always close harmony group. it was later used in Halloween II, though we shouldn't hold that against the song or The Chordettes, who recorded originally in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. #HopeYouLikeIt 4
A bit of pure nostalgia now...the Chordettes were an American female popular singing quartet, usually singing a cappella, and specialising in traditional popular music. The group organised in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, in 1946. The original members of the group were Janet Ertel, Carol Buschmann (her sister-in-law), Dorothy Schwartz, and Jinny Osborn. Janet Ertel married their music director Archie Bleyer and their daughter Jackie later married Phil Everly of The Everly Brothers). #hopeyoulikeit 4
