They had it all, but didnt want to take it or fucked it up. Tour clips with Matt Sorum (drums) before going to GunsnRoses. ... A better ballad of sorts than "Edie (Ciao Baby)," A calm church organ line before launching into a massive, soaring stomp from the band. Mickey Curry's drum work is monstrously good, but it's really Bob Rock's show here, thanks to the sheer impact of the recording, not to mention the great touch of wordless, chanting vocals that increase the visceral thrill of the music. Ian Astbury and Billy Duffy once again have the fingers on each other's pulses, as the way that Astbury's interjections and invitations before each chorus pace themselves against Duffy's kicking, snarling riffs. But the choruses really steal the show, repeating that same vicious start with Astbury chanting the title like an endlessly rising mantra. Most of the hair farmers of the time wouldn't have had either the guts or the talent to pull this off. Ned Raggett Allmusic

Love that Gretsch White Falcon sound...(even though it's a Gibson LP in this video)
