A special mention goes out to @debutch for his earlier post one of my favorites by this band. Colin Meloy's outfit are from my home town so it seemed fitting plus I like this track.  If you've ever been to LA you probably will agree/ditto my earlier conversation with someone on here about Las Vegas I think that was @shiningsun2k ? Plus I've been thinking a lot about places where we're from, where we go and how we feel about them, so if anyone wants to jump onboard the theme here is #places.  Bonus: some comedy gold for anyone who has not seen The Californians skit on SNL. It's a challenge to pinpoint all the myriad stereotypes creator funnyman Bill Hader and his band of merry madmen find to make fun of...soap opera drama, secrets & lies, driving & directions, namedropping, the surfer So.
