I had this for years and gave my copy to a friend. I may need to replace it now. I miss it.

#XTCweek The band's alter ego!   11

1987. XTC recorded a couple albums consisting of '60s-era garage pop and released them under this name while claiming they had nothing to do with the projects. So humble/cheeky, those guys.

1987 saw the return of psychedelic splendour with a full-length Dukes LP on gorgeous purple vinyl. XTC now found themselves accidental leaders of the so-called 'Paisley Underground'. This rifftastic opener was penned by The Red Curtain (Colin Moulding). #xtcweek #xtcfortnight   3

Very best psychedelic '60s tune written in the... '80s. XTC, er, Dukes of Stratosphear with "Vanishing Girl."
