Many years ago, I decided I needed to get fit (always a bad move". I thought about it and decided that as I hated the gym, swimming and sport in general, probably the only thing I could do was skip in my back yard. SO I got a rope and set about it. The remix CD of this was exactly 30 minutes long, the exact length of the recommended length of time for exercise. I went at it like a madman, did 30 mins straight and then blacked out. I fell over, smacked my head on the step and concussed myself. And they say exercise is good for you.
