Now entering the top 10 of my favorite songs of the TIMJ era with #lastjams 10: The Joy Formidable - Whirring
I'm especially fond of the 4:30-ish mark, where the song manages to effortlessly kick my teeth in.

For sometimes, yes, joy is very formidable. Eventually, however, you can curb stomp it into the ground where it belongs. Gotta love Ritzy. So many cats in this video!
Throw back Thursday!
Putting this week's show together and came up with the theme of 'band dynamics'. Both musically and vocally, I was looking for something that would really set itself apart and then I remembered The Joy Formidable. Should be played LOUD :)
