Every day throughout January, I will be revealing another entry in my list of my favourite songs of the past year, so keep it locked here! We kick off with the comeback single by a band that had fallen off of my radar back in 2007. The Kooks arguably failed to capitalise on the momentum of their excellent 2005 debut album for much of the rest of their career, but they came storming back last year with this fiery, passion-filled, surprisingly catchy and just plain fun lead single from their damn good album "Listen". #bestof2014   1
