This is a good ol' Kiwi song from 1992, about some dude that holed up in a half-way house that, as luck would have it, is half way down Dominion Road.
In Auckland. There, You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.
Oh wait, that's Paritai Drive, where all the real crooks live, who bankrupted this once great nation, with their unabashed and rampant greed and avarice, back in the late 80's and most of the 90's.
