This was just fabulous to dance to in the Wheel and it was played often. The band was made up of the two eldest of Solomon Burke's five younger brothers Alex and Laddie, and Earl & Timmy Smith also brothers. They were only really active between 1967 and 1972, but this their debut promised more than we were ultimately given. Pity. Note the 'forthcoming' star posters, we got one every week. Great memories, even of Ivor Abadi swaying when he was there. Hope you like it. #TopClassics #TwistedWheel #KeepTheFaith
