I was watching TV the other day -- some crime drama that's in syndication on about 37 channels, 24 hours a day, you know what I mean -- and this song came on as background music on the show. You know that feeling that happens when you hear a song you know really well in a context totally unrelated to the one(s) where you're accustomed to hearing it? That feeling that's like somebody lassoed your brain and some spot right behind your navel, like your solar plexus or something, and yanked your whole body into a parallel universe, and you have to make sense of it in the next 3 seconds or you're going to start falling through mental space and maybe get lost forever? Yeah, that happened.
