Been listening to this LP (Infected) a lot, recently. To me it sounds just as great as it did nearly 30 years ago. Brilliant storytelling, arrangements, hooks... Superb songwriting.

That - some thirty years later - the lyric rings true once more is nothing short of tragic.
The Head Boys have engineered an Eighties revival too far.
What are you going to do about it?

my love of matt johnson is well documented, and this is him at his peak. kinda wish it wasn't still as relevant as it is though...
