V is for The Velvet Underground. This track was ostensibly going to be a single backed with "Stephanie Says". The chit chat and laughter we hear is all authentic, none of the men in the booth realized that they could indeed be heard. However, more important than this not being released as a single is that it marks the final two songs on which John Cale performed. This track has made the rounds appearing on VU released in 1985, on Peel Slowly and See (1995) and again on White Light/White Heat 45th Anniversary Super Deluxe Edition (2013).
