THE song of unrequited love! For all would-be teenager lotharios out there...
The next album that has stayed with me since first Listen is The Wedding Present's debut "George Best". Remember hearing their single "Once More" on John Peel and fell in love with them instantly. Met David Gedge once and he put me on the guest list for their gig that night. Thoroughly decent chap.
