One of my favourite who tracks which I hadn't heard for ages. Too good not to share.
‘Who’s Next’ (the 5th studio album) bursts out the gates with ‘Baba O’Reilly’ and doesn’t stop until it’s interstellar. It could’ve been even bigger: Townsend originally intended to release it as a rock opera named ‘Lighthouse’, but eventually downscaled. This might be my favorite song off of my favorite album. One of the few songs that changed the sound of rock music.
