Their songwriting and craft speak for themselves, though. This track, from their second record (almost 20 years ago) is a driving pop number that never really found an audience. (Can you think of any similarly loud, talented, and smirking contemporaries? I'm drawing a blank.) I'm really looking forward to their next record, whenever we get it.”
