I guess I never really noticed how well Boys for Pele is recorded and arranged. I have to wonder if Bjork was trying to take what Tori Amos did further on Vespertine.

The sky stopped me in my tracks last night.... the type of clouds that hold you still. The air was of autumn, and tasted like apple butter.
Grey skies and cool temperatures always lay down "Boys For Pele" in my head, and this track being the most often played in my memory jukebox.
Maybe because it has one of my most favourite lines of all time..."He says he reckons I'm a watercolour stain....."
