Been listening to a lot of late 60s / early 70s stuff in 2011. This is one of my favourites.
I saw this show in Cameron Indoor Stadium, 1972. A special weekend.

From 1971 'Low Spark' rarely appears on 'great album' lists but if there was a list of 'albums you can play over and over' it might be somewhere near the top .The eponymous title track is a case in point. The whole band gets a crack Chris Wood sax, Jim Gordon Drums, Rebop & Jim Capaldi percussion, Steve Winwood vocals & keyboard.

One of the best concerts I was privileged to listen and watch at Birmingham Town Hall.....stands the test of time for sure.
