Absolutely love this song and so does my great 6 year old kid. Roy Orbison's voice is just so very beautiful here and so is the message. If you truly love someone, tell her. Or you might end it up as sad as Roy. I explained the lyrics of this song to my son the other night (we are Dutch) and when I was done, he told me: luckily my girlfriend (of five) already knows that I love her!
