I've been absent from ThisIsMyJam while I've been ill. I can't really listen to music when ill: I mentally sing it and it hurts my throat/sinuses. Still not well, really, but I'm back on music. Anyway. I've been re-reading Luke Haines' Bad Vibes, and it reminded me I blimmin' love the Auteurs. I can hear Black Box Recorder in this 1999 track's arrangement. 'Fun' fact: 1967 was LH's birth year.
