France placed dead last in this year's Eurovision Song Contest, with just 2 points.

However much Conchita deserved to win, and she bloody did, this was my favourite tune of the night. Yes it's stupid, but it was by far to catchiest tune and I can never say no to exuberant French pop. The video is.....um...

This is one of the three songs in the running to be France's entry for Eurovision this year. It's super fun, one of those dorky songs that ends up being a Europeans summer hit, at the top of the charts while the rest of the world is listening to Lorde or Katy Perry or Pharrel or whoever. I'm not sure if it will get through (rap is always controversial amid more conservative listeners) but I'd be stoked if it did end up on stage in Copenhagen in May.
