Ex-members of Women. Post-punk on the glammy side. What's not to like?
Some more great music from Canada. This is the second track from this band's only album 'Cassette', originally released as a tour-only cassette in 2013 but since re-released on vinyl July of this year. Has a little bit of a late-70s Television/Gang of Four vibe to it, with vocals that borrow a little bit from Bauhaus (they also covered 'Dark Entries' on this album!).
This has become a viscous, viscous earworm.
Ex-Women members hitting all sorts of melodic post-punk highs. A band to watch this year.
