I'm giving up sugar today - maybe forever. can't get this 'rehab' poetic jumble out of my mind - also I realise I should playing drums again.

"A Ghost Is Born" was my introduction to Wilco. I always enjoyed this cut off that album.

I was recently nominated on Facebook to list 15 albums that have stayed with me since the first listen. Thought I'd jam a track from each of the albums I chose. So in no particular order I'll start with "A Ghost is Born" by Wilco. Love all their albums, but this is their masterpiece in my opinion.
