#TBT to 1983 and the first Wire Train song I ever heard...
Heard in the background of a recent Halt and Catch Fire episode. IMO the best band to ever come from San Francisco. Wire Train's 1st album also one of the best albums of 1984.
Haven't heard this in a while; an old favorite.
Do you like the Church ("Under The Milky Way")? Of course you do. Imagine an American analog of the Church. Now -- and this is what blew my mind -- imagine they were on American Bandstand in '84 playing their best song for Dick Clark, even though it never came anywhere near the Top 40. Really. I know, right? Enjoy.
Found a comp. of 415 Records artists. Wire Train, Romeo Void, Red Rockers, Translator. A nice find.
