#XTCweek continues apace. At the risk of gushing, I truly believe Andy Partridge to be one of the finest writers of lyrics this country has ever produced. 'Seagulls Screaming' showcases his talent superbly. ('Dead deck chairs under shrouds, Life-belts gape like minstrels' mouths' etc etc).
