Nonsuch has been the most jammed album in #XTCweek so far and it's time I jumped on that bandwagon. I know I keep using the word 'perfect' in relation to XTC but this just is, isn't it?

My favourite track from not my favourite album by XTC - who are one of my favourite bands. Too many favourites? Possibly, but who cares. This album has just had an amazing make over and is available as a remixed, remastered DVD/CD package that includes a 5.1 mix, demos, videos, b-sides, home movies . . . it an amazing purchase. A lot of the things I didn't like about the album have been ironed out and it is now almost perfect. I still think it's over long and could lose a couple of tracks, although whereas last week, I could tell you which tracks should be removed, it's a much more difficult job, post remix. Buy it. Really.
