The minimalist synths of Vince Clark combine spectacularly with Alison Moyet's soulful vocals in this track from Yazoo's 1982 album 'Upstairs at Eric's'.
One of my favorite sing-a-long songs! I can totally belt this one out (in my own mind anyway).
Electronica + strong vocals = bliss
