surlyshirley’s first jam of 2015 was “Black Moon Spell” by King Tuff, and there was more to come; 48 jams in all. Plenty of NZ music, indie rock, and kiwi. surlyshirley did some crate-digging too, and found “Just A Little Bit” by The Purple Hearts. surlyshirley marked the end with “Motor Away” by Guided by Voices.

2014

surlyshirley’s year started strong with “Molten Gold” by The Chills, and there was more to come; 25 jams in all. There was a lot of indie rock, powerpop, and garage punk. They were the first, and only, to post “Annie” by The Girls!. “Point That Thing Somewhere Else” by The Clean got a lot of love. surlyshirley posted their 100th jam in August! “11:59 (It's January)” by Scrawl closed out the year.

2013

surlyshirley’s 2013 started strong with “There Is Something in My Heart” by Ghetto Brothers, and the jams kept coming; 33 in total. It was a year of Dead Confederate, psychedelic rock, and grunge. surlyshirley posted a rare gem: “Come Back Then” by Scrawl. People really liked “Higgs Boson Blues” by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds. surlyshirley passed 75 jams in September. “11:59 (It's January)” by Scrawl closed out the year.

“She Goes Around” by The Damnwells kicked off surlyshirley’s 2012, and there was more to come; 49 jams in all. Plenty of The Fall, new wave, and pop. surlyshirley did some crate-digging too, and found “Why I'm Bullshit” by Mark Eitzel. surlyshirley reached 50 jams in December. 2012 drew to a close with “11:59 (It's January)” by Scrawl.
