That's Ray Cooper :-) I don't seem to like any of George's later solo performances, like this one.. Too rushed...
Ringo Starr and Phil Collins are on drums. Jeff Lynne on guitar and Elton John on piano.
Correct on all counts plus you win the bonus round! Yeah, a bit rushed, indeed. Could've been the venue's program, could be his voice not being able to hold as well as it once did. Still, I like the clip for a variety of reasons.
I think it's really George. I couldn't enjoy his performance at the 30th Anniversary Bob Dylan Concert either...
