I don't really know that much about this hypnotic track. It turned up on a recent Psychmagik mix and a little Googling shows that this comes from a 1976 Italian opera called La Gatta Cenerentola (The Cat Cinderella). Judging from this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jcm-_gcvwho this excerpt seems to be a laundry work song
