2015

The year got going with “Love me or leave me” by Billie Holiday. In January, twirlingteacups found it, their eternal jam: “Baby I Love You” by The Ramones. Lots of pop, 80s, and classic rock. twirlingteacups found a rare one: “Sunday Morning” by Jimmy and The Revolvers. People really liked “Take Me To The River” by Talking Heads. twirlingteacups passed 250 jams in August. And it all came to an end with twirlingteacups’s final jam: “Thank You For The Music” by ABBA.

Plenty of alt-J, 80s, and classic rock. twirlingteacups found a rare one: “Ticket To Ride” by The Carpenters. People really liked “Love Will Tear Us Apart” by Joy Division. twirlingteacups’s 2014 came to a close with “This Must Be The Place (Naive Melody)” by Talking Heads.

“Are 'Friends' Electric?” by Gary Numan kicked off twirlingteacups’s 2013. 84 more jams followed it! Lots of The Beatles, pop, and singer-songwriters. They were the first, and only, to post “Kids” by Unwoman. “Nowhere Man” by The Beatles got a lot of love. twirlingteacups posted their 100th jam in September! 2013 drew to a close with “Wisely & Slow” by The Staves.

In June, twirlingteacups joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Open Arms (Album Version)” by Elbow. Nice. It was a year of Beth Orton, british, and indie rock. “At Last” by Etta James got a lot of love. In September, twirlingteacups posted their 20th jam.
