@simonp thanks for that link. I disagree only with the assessment of Sack Full of Silver, to me it was their most fully realized record. Although Spanish Cave is still my favorite.
@wardreekusSC One of those bands whose output was very consistent meaning there was no real consensus among fans over a favourite. I loved them all but if pushed would plump for Moonhead.
@leslieplatt59@wardreekusSC with you on Spanish Cave, likely as it was the first one I bought before working backwards - and on as the new stuff came out - but Moonhead comes damn close. And, almost as a default 'Best of' The One that Got Away live album is amazing and makes me bitterly regret I never got to see them live.
@simonp I regret that the last time I saw them (of two times total), the only people watching them perform were myself and my friend who had booked the show. They did not hold back and Guy signed the lyric book they were selling "thanks for being one of the only."
