The year got going with “Komponent” by Apparat, and there was more to come; 12 jams in all. Lots of chillout, trip-hop, and electronic. In January, xanbaldaio posted their 50th jam. “With My Own Two Hands” by Pearl Jam feat Ben Harper closed out the year.

In January, xanbaldaio joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Tenere Taqqim Tossam” by Tinariwen. Nice. There was a lot of Tinariwen, britpop, and british. xanbaldaio found a rare one: “Little By Little” by Radiohead (Caribou Remix). xanbaldaio was first to pick “Fools Gold” by The Stone Roses, in January — 117 others followed suit! xanbaldaio crossed 20 jams in April! 2012 drew to a close with “Chained” by The xx.
