A lot of music in recent years seems to try to capture a feeling of a certain period. It's often a period either before my time or one I am too young to remember. Real Estate always reminds me of something I might have listened to in High School or at uni. I think it captures it so much that sometimes when I listen to it, I want to go and rant at my parents and then burst into tears and run away.
