2014

“In The New Year” by The Walkmen kicked off zeekust’s 2014, and the jams kept coming; 33 in total. There was a lot of singer-songwriters, indie pop, and electronic. “Teenage Kicks” by The Undertones got a lot of love. zeekust was the first person on This Is My Jam to post “Would You Fight for My Love?” by Jack White — before 23 others! 2014 drew to a close with “Saturday” by The Clientele.

2013

zeekust’s first jam of 2013 was “New Years” by Asobi Seksu. In April, zeekust found it, their eternal jam: “Girl Called Alex” by Kurt Vile. The year’s recurring themes? indie rock, electronic, and indie pop. zeekust found a rare one: “Merry Xmas Everybody (Slade cover)” by Eux Autres. “Love Will Tear Us Apart” by Joy Division got a lot of love. zeekust posted their 100th jam in June! 2013 drew to a close with “True Love Will Find You In The End” by Daniel Johnston.

2012

In March, zeekust joined This Is My Jam, and kicked things off with “Demons” by Sleigh Bells. Nice. It was a year of electronic, lo-fi, and indie pop. zeekust posted a rare gem: “I Put A Spell On You (Screamin' Jay Hawkins cover)” by She & Him. People really liked “Shadowplay” by Joy Division. In November, zeekust posted their 50th jam. zeekust’s 2012 came to a close with “Auld Lang Syne” by Sufjan Stevens.
